This website is operated by greenerair.sg (“greenerair “). These terms are supplementary to our global terms available at greenerair.sg/terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

(1) Introduction

These Singapore-specific terms and conditions (“Singapore Terms“) govern your use of https://greenerair.sg/ and apply in addition to our global terms. Where there is any conflict between these Singapore Terms and the global terms, these Singapore Terms shall prevail for users of greenerair.sg/.

(2) Additional Definitions

In addition to the definitions in our global terms:

“greenerair Singapore” means greenerair.sg

“PDPA” means Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

“Leads” means information concerning a Customer and a Customer’s quotation request that may be purchased by a Registered Trader;

“Registered Service Provider” means companies, partnerships and sole traders who have registered with greenerair.sg/.

(3) Singapore-Specific Requirements

3.1 Personal Data Protection

  • All personal data collection, use, and disclosure will comply with the PDPA
  • Users have rights under the PDPA including access, correction, and data portability

3.2 Electronic Communications

  • All electronic messages will comply with the Spam Control Act 2007
  • Users may withdraw consent to receiving marketing messages at any time

3.3 Legal Compliance You must not use our website in any way that violates Singapore law, including but not limited to:

  • Computer Misuse Act
  • Internal Security Act
  • Sedition Act
  • Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act
  • Protection from Harassment Act

3.4 Content Standards In addition to our global content rules, content submitted to greenerair.sg/ must not:

  • Contain misleading advertisements under Singapore law

3.5 Dispute Resolution

  • If mediation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts
  • Singapore law governs these terms

3.6 Language These terms are provided in English. Any translation is for convenience only and the English version shall prevail.
