Yes. BCA requires us to inspect all external elements that could fall and injure the public. This includes A/C ledges, sunshades, and advertising signage. If your tenants have installed unauthorized structures that are unsafe, they will be flagged.

A: No. We are Lead Technical Inspectors. We are CAAS-licensed (UOP/0974) and fly the drones ourselves. “Coordination” is an additional layer we offer to large buildings to help them manage third-party repair costs.
